2011 Legislative Priorities

The following were the CCAE legislative priorities for the 2011 legislative session. Fact sheets can be found at the links.

• SB 442 - Building Energy Disclosure Act. This bill was CCAE's top priority for 2011. Unfortunately it did not pass. - Sen. C. Cisneros, STALLED IN SENATE CONSERVATION
• SB 415a - Utility Cost Limits
