Renewable Energy Transmission Authority
Creates an appointed board and quasi-governmental authority that the plan, bond, and acquire land for power lines. The lines must be planned in conjunction with renewable energy projects such that at least 30% of the energy carried by the lines on average comes from renewable sources.
