Gross Receipts, Compensating Tax Exemption for Solar Thermal/Carbon-Sequestered Coal
This bill creates a strong incentive for solar thermal generation (concentrating solar ), carbon sequestered coal generation, or other clean energy projects as supported by the Environment Department. This policy also requires that any other tax incentives for coal-fired generation meet the stringent environmental requirements of this bill.
