New Mexico Coalition for Clean Affordable Energy
There are a number of renewable fuels that you can use today, and there are others being developed. These include veggie oil, biodiesel, ethanol, hydrogen, and electric power derived from renewable sources. In the CCAE's view, all of these have the potential to be significant contributors in the future.
Renewable fuels are now available in New Mexico. To find them, visit the following sites:

Learn about plug-in hybrids at www.CalCars.org. Alternative-fueled, plug-in hybrids could obtain most of their energy for local transport from renewable electricity sources such as solar energy (even with cells mounted right into the roof) and wind power, and use renewable biofuels for backup.
